Wildcat 5th Wheel Toy Hauler
This Wild Cat suffered an impact at the front right drop area. We removed all of the affected metal then rebuilt the damaged wood frame work. We then attached the new aluminum skin, applied the new graphics, installed all the doors and moldings and washed the trailer in preparation for the customers to take delivery.

Over heated switch connections
This incorrect installation of terminals has resulted in the switch over heating and eventually failing. Whats incorrect about the installation you ask? For starters, they used the wrong size terminals (too small) for the gauge of wire, secondly, they had exposed wire strands. At some point the switches could have become hot enough to cause a fire.

Air National Guard Recruiting Trailer
We were commissioned by the New Mexico Air National Guard to take a F.E.M.A trailer that was used during the Katrina disaster and turn it into a recruiting trailer to be used at job fairs and other events. As you can see in the photo's we first removed all of the living quarters components and then started the remodel. The finished product includes a gaming console, a private office, lounger, space for a flight simulator and a complete exterior wrap.

Brooke 4' Comfort Package
Pictured is a Logan 3 horse gooseneck with a 4' short wall. The project on this trailer invloved stripping the entire interior and then installing a custom comfort package that included: refrigerated air conditioning, electric heat, 50 watt solar panel, 12 volt exhaust fan and patio awning.
We first started by removing everything from the interior, then installing the welded roof opening bracing, running wires, insulating the ceiling, walls and gooseneck deck. We then finished the interior with wall paneling ceiling paneling, new carpet, trim molding, light fixtures and the windows.
The finished product is now a trailer that is simple to operate and will be a comfortable place to sleep or change clothing.

Motor Home Fender Repair
This Merhow 6 horse trailer was rear ended in traffic. At first glance it looks like it only received damage to the two rear doors and frame work. Because the trailer is so long (44'), the entire length of frame work and side skin absorbed the energy of the impact.
As a result of this enegy absorbsion, almost 2/3rds of the trailers exterior side sheets buckled and had severed rivets. 21 side sheet panels including the stainless steel nose sheets needed to be replaced. The trailer frame also needed to be inspected for fractures and alignment.
