BASIC INSPECTION : STAGE ONE

STAGE ONE: When an appointment is scheduled, Mark Podeyn will go out on location and visually inspect the "For Sale" coach for any red flags that show that there are potential long term and costly problems that the future buyer will inherit. Some of the most common problems that get discovered in a on site exam are:

Rotten or compromised wall structural members
Unseen water leak damage, both exterior leaks and plumbing leaks
Leaking cooling units on refrigerator
Damage waste water plumbing systems
Non factory modifications or additions
Missing equipment
Roof membrane condition
Other signs of future trouble due to age and past use

ESSENTIALS PLUS : STAGE TWO

Stage two is a 4 hour RV house systems check up that also includes stage one visual inspections. We operate and observe operation of all of the essential “life support” systems of the RV house, electrical, plumbing, propane and appliances.

120 VAC high voltage systems
12 VDC low voltage systems
Operate all appliances
Test converter charging operation
Test house battery condition
Pressurize fresh water system, visually inspect for leaks
Test water pump operation
Fill and leak test waste water system, visually inspect for leaks
Test monitor panel operation
Visual inspections accompany all tests for potential problems

ALL-INCLUSIVE : STAGE THREE

This is a full on 24 hour inspection and test of everything in the house section of the RV. This is the pre-delivery inspection that is performed by the factory when it first departed the assembly line. This test process includes everything included in stage one and two inspections plus:

Fridge performance test on all modes
Oven performance test
Air conditioner performance test
Furnace performance test
Converter performance test
Propane drop leak test
Propane lock up pressure test
Plumbing pressure hold test
Waste plumbing full flood test
High voltage polarity and hot skin test
Outlet polarity test
GFCI trip test
Full interior cabinetry and accessory function test including fit and finish inspection
Full high voltage accessory operation
Full low voltage accessory operation
Full exterior accessory operation
Roof inspection including slide room roofs
Slide room operation and seal inspection
