BASIC INSPECTION : STAGE ONE
STAGE ONE: When an appointment is scheduled, Mark Podeyn will go out on location and visually inspect the "For Sale" coach for any red flags that show that there are potential long term and costly problems that the future buyer will inherit. Some of the most common problems that get discovered in a on site exam are:

Unseen water leak damage, both exterior leaks and plumbing leaks

ESSENTIALS PLUS : STAGE TWO
Stage two is a 4 hour RV house systems check up that also includes stage one visual inspections. We operate and observe operation of all of the essential “life support” systems of the RV house, electrical, plumbing, propane and appliances.

ALL-INCLUSIVE : STAGE THREE
This is a full on 24 hour inspection and test of everything in the house section of the RV. This is the pre-delivery inspection that is performed by the factory when it first departed the assembly line. This test process includes everything included in stage one and two inspections plus:
